Information Literacy and UN Quiz Contest on MDGs at Ratanpur Abdullah High School, Nabinagar, Brahmanbaria - 23 January 2010
CIS and UNIC Dhaka organized a discussion programme and UN Quiz Contest on MDGs at Ratanpur Abdullah High School at Nabinagar Thana of Brahmanbaria District on 23 January 2010. A total of 100 senior students of the school took part in the quiz contest. The contest was followed by discussion and Q/A session. The Officer-in-Charge of UNIC Dhaka Kazi Ali Reza was the chief guest and delivered his key note speech. The President of the Managing Board of Ratanpur Abdullah High School Mr Abidur Reza presided over the function. Among others Headmaster of the School, Thana Education Officer, Two professors of Dhaka University and UNIC librarian spoke on the occasion. The quiz winners were awarded with UN certificates and gifts.
